How do preorders work?Updated a month ago

On occasion we will list an item for preorder prior to receiving the shoes in our warehouse. In these instances we estimate the ship date, but these are estimates only should not be construed as guarantees. If you have a tight delivery window we suggest opting for an in-stock item. 

Please note:

Your credit card will be charged when you place the order, and your shoes will ship at the later, listed date

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, and are subject to the same return policy as real time orders

If your order consists of both pre-order and real time products, they will ship separately with no additional shipping fee
