We hope your order is exactly what you wanted, but if not, we are happy to assist your return. A.S.98 will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purcha
I live near an A.S.98 retailer; can I return merchandise to a store?
Retail locations carrying A.S.98 will not accept returns of web orders. All purchases made through as98.net must also be returned through as98.net.
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be processed, less any applicable fees, in 1-2 weeks of the return arriving to A.S.98. Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Can I exchange my order for something else?
A.S.98 will offer one even exchange for an alternate size or color of an item per order, with no return label fee. Your may use our online portal to start your exchange.
Oops, I missed my order and it was returned to sender. Now what?
Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable for any reason will be treated as a return when received by A.S.98, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and restocking fees.
Can I return my international order?
Orders shipped internationally are subject to the same return criteria as domestic orders, with the following additions:. A.S.98 will not provide a return label for international orders, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
